I love how both men/woman look at someone my age and what I have been able to accomplish physically and mentally as I age. I get compliments and questions everyday on how I remain consistent and achieve my fitness goals with a full time job and a son still at home. I love to share my wisdom I've learned through continued education and personal experience. If I can help make a positive impact on one person then I have achieved a growth outcome.
How do you stay fabulous?I challenge myself to be a better version of me personally, professionally and athletically everyday ! If I have an off day, I feel there is a lesson to be learned and continue to try and have a positive outlook each day and move forward.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would continue to invest in myself and my family and friends well being! I will continue to grow my knowledge of weight training, weight loss and living a healthy lifestyle to help others.
