What do you love about being over 40?

Surviving breast cancer and loss of a child, I would not exchange the experience gained. I live an exciting life through participation, sunup till sundown, by loving, teaching, encouraging others while toiling disappointments, business struggles showing the ability to demonstrate dignity, perseverance and courage. Being God's role model and loving it every day. For which I am so thankful.

How do you stay fabulous?

Staying fabulous over 40 a balancing act even after 30 years in business with loads of agendas within my business. I work out 3x a week. Super important that I dress for success daily. I take 1 hour daily for me. I think about how to enhance others' lives. Maybe I'll sent a Cheesecake to someone for a surprise. Or offer complimentary drinks in my restaurant. Or prepare a dinner for a family who has just experienced a loss. My mantle is to serve without hesitation. Eight hrs. sleep!

What would you do with the $40,000?

$40K would be distributed as follows: First, I would be so grateful. Breast Cancer, UCLA> Children's Hospital, Cancer Research, Los Angeles, distribute to my employees as a gift those who stayed with me through COVID crises, repairs for my restaurant and for me to go see my dad who is 104 years old and take him a great box of cigars.
