What do you love about being over 40?

The wisdom i have gained and to be knowledgeable to give advice when it's asked of course, I love my age I feel like I get better as a person inside and out as I grow older and fabulous hahaha, but in all honesty I feel the older I get in my 40s I see life as enjoying my time with family , my grandkids and friends and having more patience. Plus I work on staying healthy and eating right because the older we get the more we are at risk health wise.. i accept that I'm fabulous at any age

How do you stay fabulous?

Eating right, and spending time with my grandkids. They keep me young and fabulous they keep me on my toes and help keep me young. Having date nights and hanging out with friends time to time but most of all I love helping people in my life and in my job

What would you do with the $40,000?

I will use it to put a portion of it for a down payment for my first home and some of it to a savings fund for my grandkids and give some to charity like make a wish foundation and Phoenix children's hospital as they have been great with my grandson and nephew and show my appreciation towards those foundation for helping kids and families. I would also want to be able to help my mom thats been in the hospital not doing well and use the money for her hospital bills .. we pray she makes it.
