Being over 40 gives me a chance to truly focus on myself and my passions. Staying in shape has become less about trends and more about feeling strong and energized. Refining my personal style has given me confidence, allowing me to express who I am without worrying about others’ opinions. Raising my boys has been one of the most fulfilling parts of life, watching them grow and thrive. And nothing beats the simple joy of walking/hiking with my dog and family and connecting with nature.

On the flip side, Peloton keeps me energized with high-intensity workouts that push me to stay fit and strong. Whether it’s a yoga session to stretch and center myself or a Peloton ride to challenge my endurance, this balance keeps me feeling my best, inside and out.

With $40,000, I’d likely take a balanced approach. I’d put some of it towards my kids’ RESPs to invest in their futures. I’d also indulge in my passion for travel, planning a special family vacation or an adventure-filled trip to explore new destinations. And I wouldn’t forget about spending quality time with my loving husband—perhaps planning a relaxing getaway just for the two of us to reconnect and recharge, enjoying some much-needed downtime together.
