Finally, I am comfortable with myself, my decisions. I can lay down my boundries without having to suffer the mild anxiety that comes with it. I like who I am, and I am ok when other peole do not. I am not everyone's cup of tea, not everyone is my cup of tea. Life is good.
How do you stay fabulous?Self care has always been a high priority. Eating healthy nutritios foods, fresh juicing, daily exercise, meditation, breathing practice are among my daily habits. Investing in relationships with other give me a sense of connection that fuels purpose. With that comes learning to let go of things/relationships/people that do not serve me.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would donate a portion to an anti-human trafficking organization we are associated with. They rescue girls from sex-slavery and continue on to support the survivors in rebuilding their lives. It's a cause I'm deeply passionate about, and I believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to live a life free from exploitation. I want these girls get an opportunity to be fabulously over 40.
