How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous over 40 is all about embracing self-care—nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. Mental wellness is key, so I carve out time for mindfulness, meditation, or just quiet reflection to stay centered. Indulging in activities that I love also plays a big role. Surrounding myself with positive people, setting boundaries, and pursuing passions like finishing my degree—keep me fulfilled. Ultimately, I stay fabulous by honoring myself and prioritizing self-care daily!
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000, I'd first focus on financial security by saving a portion for emergencies—building a safety net is key. I’d also pay down my student loan debt to lighten that financial load and invest in my future. Finally, I’d put part of it toward a down payment on a house, taking a step toward homeownership and creating a lasting foundation for my family. My strategy would be balancing saving, reducing debt, and investing in long-term goals!
