I love my courage. I love my experience. Despite and through hardships, I trust myself and I’m getting to know myself. I’m confident in who I am and understand things I never could have without the experience of my years and all that came with them! I am so happy to be where I am today because of my own hard work.

I stay focused on my life and not what other people think of me. Working out as a must for me. I train Striking and Jiu Jitsu and stay around people that are strong and I that I admire. I focus on taking care of myself through maintenance and doing things that make me feel confidant. I do meditation and yoga as it really helps my mood and focus.. I’m a pescatarian due to my husband Den which has made a difference in my overall health. I’m minimize stress where I can.

My mom‘s been having some financial struggles, so I think my new plan would be to donate at least half to her, and put the rest to the budget for my family whether that be our kids or travel or whatever! Although money is important for our goals and living, it is by no means the most important thing to me and this competition. The meaning behind what it means to be a human being who is growing and an asset to the world is much more important! I would love to influence others to grow.
