I love the confidence that I have slowly built over the years. Being mature and growing to love myself without judgement has been a process that I have only been able to achieve with experience and that comes with age.
How do you stay fabulous?I eat healthy on a daily basis, drink lots of water and stay active. I am not a gym rat, but I do not sit for long. I am always working on my property, in the garden, cleaning up and organizing. I make sure I walk between 10-20k steps a day and with all the steps on my property, it helps me stay fit. The one thing that I do not do to myself is restricting myself from things I love, when I travel, I eat what I want, I drink the Champagne and I enjoy all the local foods that are special.
What would you do with the $40,000?I have been wanting to write a book for many years so I would take the money to invest in my book. It would allow me to slow down in my job and give me the time to write and finish my book without working so much. Writing takes time and right now, time is money for me so it'd give me some financial freedom over the next year to be able to concentrate on my book.
