I decided about a year ago to take charge of my life! I started traveling for work, and truly embraced the opportunity to put myself first.

I absolutely love this phase of life. Both of my sons are in college, and I am enjoying watching them develop into productive members of society. I truly believe my hard work as a Mother during their early years is paying off. I am so excited to watch them as they take on the world.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by eating right and exercising routinely. I made a conscious effort to focus on my health about a year ago. I take time daily to meditate and set goals. I believe our physical health is directly related to our mental health. In our ever changing world, it can be difficult to stay positive, but I always try to find some good in every situation life throws at me! My career is focused on encouraging women to take care of themselves, not just everyone else.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use some of the money to help pay for my children’s education. I would also like to travel more with my family. My career is focused on women’s health, and I would welcome the opportunity to use some of the money to encourage women to be strong and healthy. I would be honored to represent being fabulous over 40! Breast cancer prevention and early detection is my passion and career. I have worked as a mammogram technologist for over 23 years now.
