What I love about being over 40 is prioritizing myself, understanding what’s really important, having my life experience and being able to share it with the world and knowing who I am as a woman over 40.
How do you stay fabulous?Accepting myself, and my age. Be present: Stay in the moment and be conscious. Eat healthy: Eat fresh foods. Staying in shape with exercise. Practice gratitude: Be thankful for what you have. Practice self-care: Put myself first and love myself. Be enthusiastic about the future: Look forward instead of dwelling on the past.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would donate 10 % to a charity that helps children and invest in my children and my business.
