As a 10 year breast cancer survivor, every year is a gift, and look forward to every birthday. My children are all adults, and I love that I have built in best friends. My husband and I have built a life centered on Christ, and love taking adventures together. We can go on a weekend getaway or simply taking a walk around the block to enjoy the company and scenery. I love my job working full time as an attorney. At 52, I feel like there is still so much life to look forward to!
How do you stay fabulous?I try to exercise a little everyday by either walking or lifting free weights. It took a lot of years to realize that I must eat better to feel better! I read my Bible and pray with my husband daily. Embracing age is the best way to stay fabulous. I've never been shy about my age, but proud!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would update our master bathroom. I love my house, and my bedroom, but the bathroom is sad. I would lose a closet, but would be worth it for a spa like oasis! I could stand to get rid of clothes that I am not going to wear!
