What I love about being over 40 is the confidence in knowing who I am and standing up for myself. I’m redefining what 40 looked like when I was younger—charting my own path, embracing each step, and supporting other women to do the same. Life after 40 is empowering, full of self-assurance, and driven by the freedom to live authentically.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by focusing on balance—eating healthy but enjoying splurge days because life is no fun without good food! I surround myself with incredible friends, embrace adventures traveling the world, and have fun walking my two German Shepherds. Staying active is key: I do ab workouts six days a week, HIIT workouts four times a week, and make time for reading. It’s all about living fully, staying curious, and keeping it fun!
What would you do with the $40,000?If I won $40k, I’d love to make some upgrades to the home I recently bought, as I enjoy entertaining family and friends. An outdoor kitchen with a grill and pizza oven would be a dream! I’d also make a donation to Susan G. Komen for breast cancer in memory of my best friend, my Mother Keri, who I lost two years ago, because every dollar counts toward finding a cure, and put the rest in savings for the future.
