I feel like my life didn't really start until I learned to accept myself, including my shortcomings, and then work towards ways to make myself better. I now love and respect myself and that has opened so many doors in life for me.
How do you stay fabulous?I work out several times a week. I started biking and running. I also kayak sometimes to work upper body. I've tried to make it a habit to do something active every single night to keep getting stronger and improving myself. I stay busy and I don't make excuses. I am stronger than I ever knew.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would pay off debt. I'm underemployed because I work for the state government. I needed to have that kind of insurance in order to get my weight loss surgery and all of the aftercare. I need to get skin removal surgery now also, but I have went so far into debt the last 5 years working this job but now I have several credit cards that are maxed out that I had to use just to buy groceries and bariatric vitamins and things like that. I'm working three jobs trying to survive, plus staying active.
