With wisdom and confidence that only come with experience, I can take pride in my accomplishments, savor the fruits of my journey, and let go of the little worries that used to hold me back. This stage of life brings a boldness to my style and a refined leadership in both professional and personal spheres. Over 40, I'm living my best life with a greater appreciation for who I am and what I've achieved.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous over 40 means nurturing both my body & my spirit. For my physical well-being, I maintain fitness through brisk walks and Pilates, and fuel my body with a healthy diet. Looking my best is important to me, so I make time for regular personal care (i.e. hair, nails, personal style) despite my busy schedule. Spiritually, I find strength and positivity in the love and support of my family and friends, surrounding myself with uplifting influences and steering clear of negativity.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use this amount to invest in my company, The Stīl Trust, an online personal styling service dedicated to enhancing clients’ wellness through their wardrobe, empowering them to be the most fabulous version of themselves. Our ‘closet detox’ goes a step further—clients donate gently used clothes to women in shelters, who then access our services for free, helping them regain their confidence. This company is an extension of my work in the ER, healing the outside after healing the inside.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
