What I love about being over 40 is that I've learned so much in my years of living that I don't have to "live and learn" like the younger generations after me. I'm more so in my "Live and Live!" stage of life now as I can enjoy getting my businesses up and really running good, traveling a little more, and eventually retire to enjoy the ME that is now a Glam-Mother that is Fabulous to her grandson! I love and enjoy my age, and the skin I'm in!

Staying fabulous for me is not sweating the small stuff that life tends to throw at you! Stress is a major player of heart attacks and strokes. I refuse to let life's twists and turns keep me depressed, withdrawn, and sad. I meditate everyday, becoming one within, and when situations come my way that are not always good, I take a deep breath and find a solution. I truly believe my meditation ritual keep me level-headed, which keeps me positively motivated to be the best version of fabulous ME!

I would invest most of my money, and use some of it to help a local women and children homeless shelter by funding the ingredients to personally cook a home cooked meal (catering is one of my businesses I am starting up currently) for the women and children. That is one of my truest desires. Just to make them smile and feel comforted and loved while they are at the shelter.
