I love being over 40 and it's the freedom of being happy with ones self, strong, confident and not letting people, Doctor's ect. Thinking that they know our bodies but guess what it's okay to ask questions. Be fierce!
How do you stay fabulous?I'm eating well and exercising and being mindful. Praying and meditation and most of all laughter.
What would you do with the $40,000?Well first I am blessed that I still have my mother with me so I would redo her bathroom and kitchen. I believe in giving back donations to Ms foundations and for me girls trip with some new clothes with my new body and mind.
