I love the maturity and wisdom that comes with being over 40… I’m able to maneuver through life experiences with a greater level of gratitude and understanding. Another thing I love about being over 40 is the clarity it brings to your priorities. You are able to focus on what truly matters and let go of things that are less important. This age comes with a sense of inner peace and being comfortable in your own skin. I’ve never felt more confident and radiant at any other time in my life!

I believe in prayer and meditation daily. I stay active with regular exercise & practice a weekly skincare regimen. I drink plenty of water & try watch what I eat :) I love trying different hairstyles that add a stylish touch. But most importantly, I surround myself with like-minded people who keep a positive outlook on life, no matter the circumstances. I have so many fabulous people around me that uplift and inspire me. Self-care and positivity are key to staying fabulous over 40!

I envision starting a self-care / career-based organization that focuses on empowerment, exposure, excitement, and excellence! This organization would provide a platform for young girls & women to engage in activities that promote self-care and mental health, while also offering opportunities for career development.
