How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by embracing a balanced lifestyle that prioritizes health and wellness. Regular exercise, including strength training and cardio, keeps my body fit and energized. I fuel my body with nutritious foods, focusing on whole ingredients to support overall well-being. Mindfulness practices, and surrounding myself with positive relationships, This combination of physical, mental, and social wellness empowers me to shine at any age.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would pay off debts to ensure financial stability. I would then invest in a health and fitness business focused on perimenopausal and menopausal women. This demographic often lacks tailored resources for managing physical and mental health during this transition. My aim is to create supportive programs, fitness classes, and educational workshops that empower women to embrace this life stage positively. By addressing their unique needs, I hope to foster a community that thrives together .
