What do you love about being over 40?

I love the knowledge I've gained through my life. I love being a role model for younger women. At 40 you can actually enjoy life. Traveling and doing things that we as 40 have been working towards our entire life. I can say loud and proud that I made it. Some of us didn't get to.

How do you stay fabulous?

By praising God for letting me see 40. I also live a stress free life. My motto is "What doesn't get done today, will get done someday!" I'm actually working toward the career I've always wanted. One thing I've learned that help me stay happy is I work to enjoy life not just to pay bills. I also love making.others happy. Its the most fulfilling thing to help some one accomplish what their so passionate about.

What would you do with the $40,000?

Oh my God I would start my non-profit organization to renovate abandon houses for the less fortunate. I would give a family a home. No more homelessness. There are so many abandoned houses in the United States that could accommodate a family that have seen the worst of trials and tribulations. That 40,000 would "Pay It Forward" to families. Being able to call somewhere home is a beautiful thing. Especially for families with children. Being able to have Thanksgiving and Christmas in their home.
