What I love about being over 40 is my life experiences. Life has taught me so much about what is important. What is not important. Self-care and staying well balanced. Taking care of my inner self and out her self with physical activities plus meditation. Having a great support team with friends and family. I just try to enjoy life to the fullest each and every day.
How do you stay fabulous?I wake up in the morning doing positive affirmations. I like to get outdoors do morning brisk walks. I love going to church with my family. Self-care is very important. I love to walk and I love being outdoors. I just try to keep well-balanced with work, life, friends, and family.
What would you do with the $40,000?With the $40,000 I would take a much-needed vacation. I would use the funds to start a side business. I would also pay off some bills. Mostly I would take a much-needed vacation and take my grown kids.
