I've gotten to experience life at a fitness level that's allowed me to look and feel younger than 40! I love the look I get from people when they find out that I'm 47 because most people think I'm between 27-35 yrs old. I'm at a phase where I've learned to start holding my happiness as a priority in my life. For so long, I've looked out for others by putting their happiness ahead of mine. And, everyday, I've gained more feelings of "feeling free to be me"!
How do you stay fabulous?I find so much joy, happiness and freedom through fitness and dance DAILY! Boxing, kickboxing, Xtreme Hip Hop Step, personal training, bodybuilding, etc.! It's allowed me to relieve whatever stress I've had to the point that my life is MOSTLY stress-free.
What would you do with the $40,000?Invest in my business start-up, including my fitness apparel, buy a vehicle to conduct mobile training for my clients. Treat my support village to dinner! Buy a camper and make it a She-Shed! Get ahead of some bills and jumpstart my savings. Maybe take a trip. Oh, and donate to help the families in FL and NC with Hurricane Relief!!
