What I love most about being a woman over 40 (age 49 to be exact) is the profound sense of self-awareness and peace I've achieved on my life's journey. Every high and low point has shaped me into the woman I am today—a proud wife, mother, daughter, friend, and business leader. I feel more comfortable in my skin than ever before, and I truly believe I am at my most beautiful. Life has taught me invaluable lessons, granting me wisdom, strength, humility, happiness, and fulfillment.
How do you stay fabulous?It's all about balance and self-care. For me, that means prioritizing both physical and mental health. I stay active and fit by incorporating exercise into my daily routine and "eating to live". Meditation helps me stay centered, while traveling feeds my curiosity and broadens my perspective. I also make sure to cherish and nurture the relationships that mean the most to me. Let's not forget the power of laughter! I believe laughter is life's best medicine. I make sure to laugh a lot.
What would you do with the $40,000?I'd start by investing in marketing and bid writing support to boost my new management consulting company. Then, I'd assist my son with his exciting college transition and treat my family to a long-overdue vacation. We all crave some rest and relaxation. Plus, I'd ensure my elderly mom is able to attend my niece's graduation from Theater school in London.
