At 49 this November 10th, I am truly living my life unapologetically for the 1st time. Taking care of my mind, body, and soul has helped me discover who I am and what makes my heart sing. I have lived and let live while experiencing life’s ups and downs. I am different things to different people. Yet most of all, I am Antionette Bird, a living spirit making a difference in the world every day. Even if it is a gesture as small as asking someone how their day is going.
How do you stay fabulous?Working out 5 to 6 days a week, while eating healthy, yet still enjoying a nightly sweet. I listen to positive audio books and YouTube videos while at the gym, getting my mind right for whatever might cross our paths for the day. I spend time with my 85lb golden doodle and work remote from my home office. I try to always leave a situation better than it was before I encountered it. Helping to put a smile on someone else’s face, always helps keep one on mine.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would go be a part of the world, taking an extended cruise overseas and enjoying other cultures. I would also go to a Dr.Joe Dispenza retreat. I would donate 10% to a worthy cause.
