What do you love about being over 40?

I love my internal peace! I love how confident and sure of myself I am. I love that at this big age there is NO MORE competing with the world’s standards. I have found joy and solitude in my journey here. I love that people NEVER believe that I’m over 40! I love that I found security and endless gratitude for making it to 40. I’m so proud of me for NOT allow my adversities to destroy me. I NEVER lost my purpose. I NEVER lost the belief that GOD made for a reason!

How do you stay fabulous?

I stay fabulous by being mindful of everyday as gift. I stay grounded in my purpose and the reason why I’m still here. I know I’m here to change the world so I don’t allow myself to be attracted to other peoples lives. I believe that each day is an opportunity to better and kinder to myself.

What would you do with the $40,000?

It would be an investment into my business KEEP IT BRAVE which is a mental health movement! God said to make the mental health conversation as popular, common and comfortable as conversation of a sexual nature. It would be a HUGE resource to begin the PODAST and seed opportunities to speak. I must share my story on how I BRAVELY live with One lung, congestive heart failure and Multiple Sclerosis all while being a mom to my now 7 year old daughter whose name is BRAVE.
