What I love about being over 40 is knowing how to honor all the qualities and values that I brought into this lifetime. As I continue to age, I continue to grow, evolve, and learn. I can appreciate my inner knowledge of my worth, value, beauty, and goodness. It is also helpful, and I feel lucky to be surrounded by people I love and who inspire me during this journey we call life.
How do you stay fabulous?I don't believe in taking short cuts. I find that the simple, wholesome "old fashion" way is what works best. No bells and whistles required. Eating as healthy as I can, drinking plenty of water, exercising, and getting my sleep. I protect my skin by wearing sunscreen all year round. Jogging on most mornings not only helps me maintain my health and energy, but it is my personal "me" time when I meditate and recharge my mental and physical self before starting my day.
What would you do with the $40,000?It would likely go towards my two children's education.
