How do you stay fabulous?I embrace who I am and nurture my body, mind and spirit. It begins with self-love and acceptance, knowing I don't need perfection but should celebrate my individuality. I prioritize physical wellness through activities like weight training and walking, which keep me fit and reduce stress. Skincare is vital too; I protect my skin daily and indulge in rituals that make me feel pampered. I nourish myself with healthy foods for energy and vitality.
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000, I would prioritize expanding my therapy practice for women, enhancing the services I offer to help them live their best lives. This would involve investing in better tools and resources, creating welcoming therapy spaces, and incorporating new technologies for deeper healing experiences. A significant portion would be dedicated to developing online products focused on women’s mental wellness, like courses and self-help toolkits, ensuring accessible guidance available for all women
