I get "it" now. Being over 40 means I know what matters in life. It has been a transformative journey filled with joy, resilience, and faith (and some fine wine ;-)). I embrace my true self without hesitation. My career as the owner of a business consulting firm for 22 years has flourished, allowing me to make a meaningful impact. I cherish my marriage of 26 years and many wonderful friendships. As a proud mom to our 21-year daughter, I love watching her thrive. I savor every second of life.
How do you stay fabulous?I never stop in my pursuit of joy and self-improvement. I prioritize looking good, following New Beauty advice and trying recommended products to enhance my appearance. Even breast cancer couldn’t stop me; it taught me resilience and the value of self-care. I believe that feeling gorgeous on the outside allows me to connect with others, inspiring them to embrace their journeys and celebrate life. It’s about living vibrantly and making meaningful connections. Now that’s fabulous!
What would you do with the $40,000?I have always dreamed of starting a foundation called “The Harder You Work, The Luckier You Get.” This foundation would provide financial support to those who work long hours, take pride in themselves, are devoted to taking care of their families and friends, and deserve a lucky break. It’s not aimed at individuals eligible for government aid or other programs. Rather, it’s for those who would never think to ask for help. It would be FABULOUS to use the $40K to get this effort launched.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
