What I love about being over 40 is that my confidence is at an all-time high. I am grateful for my health and the ability to make every day COUNT! As a 58 year old woman, I know what I want and am not afraid to challenge myself with new opportunities.
How do you stay fabulous?I've been a vegetarian for 30+ years and choose healthy foods as often as possible. I recently changed careers and the mental challenge of learning a new job keep my brain young! Working out at least 4 times a week keeps me physically fit.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would put most of it into savings as part of my retirement plan, donate a portion to a couple of local nonprofit organizations and spend a little on some new outfits! 😊
