How do you stay fabulous?I stay mindful and grateful no matter the circumstances. Health and wellness is about respecting my body and the boundaries it gives me. I eat healthy foods, surround myself with positive mental energy, and I am always seeking knowledge.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would help my kids get through some of their expenses, and take a nice family vacation that we have not had in about 10 years.
