How do you stay fabulous?I Believe!!!! I believe in good and positivity. I believe anyone can be helped and Mental Health is extremely important. I was diagnosed many years ago with PTSD. As recovery, I attended a group therapy session with all Army veterans. At first, I felt uncomfortable, they fought a war and killed people. I was attacked with a TMI. One of the veterans noticed that I was uncomfortable and he said to me. "You fought your own war, that's what makes you part of us".
