What I love about being over 40 is embracing more self love and self worth. Because society has made it look like a woman is more beautiful when they are younger. I strongly believe that beauty comes from the inside out. And true beauty is not just on the looks but also on what you do to make this world a better place. Where your purpose is not just about you but to create a positive impact to many souls. I am 44 and practicing gratitude daily & positivity plays a big role in my life. 🙏🏾
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by eating home cooked organic meals , exercising at least 4 times a week, drinking high quality conscious anti-oxidant rich water, bathing in mineralized water that helps my skin glow. Surrounding myself with a community of health conscious women who believe we all need to turn our homes to low tox sanctuaries by eliminating chemicals from household cleaners and also avoiding to drink from plastic bottled water. And the MOST important is mindset & being grateful daily 🙏🏾💕
What would you do with the $40,000?If I win this competition I will donate to Life Saver Foundation an organization that helps the needy and less fortunate in society. Giving back and contribution is one of my highest values and I strongly believe that the more we give and help others especially the less fortunate, the more we receive back. At the end of one's life, what matters most is "What did you do to make others lead a better life " 🙏🏾❤️
