I am a Sudden Cardiac Arrest survivor. I now consider each day a gift. At 64, I am thriving and busy with everything life has to offer.

Being an empty nester gives me the opportunity to enjoy my career as a freelance writer and volunteer for a local dog rescue organization. I also enjoy my grandchildren and have wonderful adult relationships with my children. Travel is fun too with a trip to Norway scheduled in 2025.
How do you stay fabulous?I invest in looking my best with the judicious use of Botox and fillers to keep my look fresh in a subtle way. Monthly facials keep my skin glowing, and a healthy diet and lots of exercise keep me energized.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would donate a portion to the two causes that mean the most to me; the American Heart Association and MileHigh Labrador Retriever Mission. I might also splurge by treating my myself and my daughter with a wellness retreat!
