There is a greater self confidence that I’ve noticed comes with turning 40. I have also witnessed the wisdom I've gained throughout the years that I am now able to share with the younger generations.
How do you stay fabulous?Part of being fabulous in my opinion comes from within. Self care is a priority and it starts with taking care of your mental health. When we feel good we tend to have more confidence which then leads to looking good. Taking time to exercise, meditate and invest in good skincare also play a major role.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would take my nieces and nephews to Disney World as well as theirs parents. I would also use some to invest in earning my masters so I can find a more fruitful career.
