I love the wisdom, the calm, the joy, & peace that I have landed in,being sixty now! I feel like I was racing through life previously overwhelmed like many full time working mothers. I got very sick, battled breast cancer, & delved deeply into my journey by exploring my health through food, which taught me so much and I have never felt better living fully & authentically as me! No implants! Flat chested! And thriving even with autoimmune conditions! Life gets better as we age in many ways!
How do you stay fabulous?I eat very healthy! I cook everything from scratch. I eat all organic foods always. I exercise daily, I paint and draw with natural dirt pigments from the earth! Clean just like my lifestyle. Anything that goes on or in my body or environment must be organic, clean, sustainable and good for me and the planet! And I make sure to laugh and have lots of friends to support and nurture each other with the ups and downs all of our paths on this beautiful human journey have.
What would you do with the $40,000?Oh my goodness! Well, I think I would take a friend with me to Europe! To see Italy, and goodness so many other countries how to pick! See incredible things and have incredible experiences! Like cooking in a farmhouse somewhere in Italy learning the secrets to that fabulous Italian cuisine! And then take a road trip with another friend or two across the U.S. and just explore the beautiful national parks, & of course some thrifting along the way as I love to thrift!!
