I don’t feel or look my age. At 20, I thought 40 would feel old, but it’s been the opposite. I’ve gained wisdom, courage, and feel more aligned with the woman I’m becoming. My commitment to self-growth has been life-changing, allowing me to see life, relationships, and the world through a new lens. I have more faith in the universe and its guidance, feeling supported and inspired as I continue on this journey.
How do you stay fabulous?Prioritizing my physical and mental health is essential—I can’t pour from an empty cup. As a single mother, business owner, and sole provider, self-care is non-negotiable. Learning to say “no” has helped me avoid burnout and stay connected to myself. Setting boundaries has been a game changer for maintaining my energy and sense of self, allowing me to show up fully in all areas of my life.
What would you do with the $40,000?Take my kids on a vacation. Invest in growing and elevating my business Aligned Aesthetics. Donate to causes close to my heart, like International Dyslexia Association, Type 1 Diabetes, or survivors of domestic violence. Pay off medical bills from my recent Type 1 Diabetes diagnosis. And, of course, treat myself to a cute outfit—because maintaining style in my 40s is a must!
