I love that I don’t feel 40, yet alone 43 and counting. I love being a role model to many more women in my age group that being 40 isn’t old. Own your confidence. Strive to take care of your soul and well being. Look good, feel good!
How do you stay fabulous?I wake up everyday with a mindset that today is going to be better than yesterday and it keeps me going. I recommend: Exercise. Sleep. Rest. Stay hydrated. Don’t stress. Most importantly, remember beauty starts from within. Have a heart that’s kind to everyone. No one is perfect, but it’s the imperfections that make us each beautiful. Shine from the inside out. No woman is better than the other we just all have different strengths and weaknesses. That’s why it’s important to lift each other up.
What would you do with the $40,000?I’d spread it amongst helping others. I’d donate a portion to my best friend’s non profit, Dez Liv2Luv Foundation. Her daughter fought breast cancer for a long time, and this would be for her. www.dezliv2luv.org I’d start a non profit for Brain Tumor Awareness after my dad survived two surgeries for removal of two huge tumors. He is currently undergoing radiation. I’d send supplies and resources needed to the victims in NC and FL. I’d start a podcast for women by women to encourage women.
