I love the fact that I’m now growing into myself not the mom or wife but me. If you’ve ever been in an relationship that has diminished your view of yourself and your worth and you are now free you know what I mean. This journey has been amazing and doing this competition is one more thing to prove to myself that I’m capable of this and so much more.
How do you stay fabulous?I have recently tried pushing my limits and putting myself out there for the world to see. That’s hard for me because I’ve always tried to live in this perception of what a mother, wife and professional should look like, act like, and what is socially acceptable. As I walk my own journey I realized I’m so much more than all that. I have started working out, focusing on my mental health, and learning who I want to truly be and loving myself.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I were to win this money I’d love to start an organization to help anyone that has found themselves in a situation like mine and need help escaping. Taking the first step is always the hardest but having good people who love you and genuinely care for you and your well being makes taking that step so much easier. I’m lucky to have those people by my side. People who showed me that I was enough and worth being loved and that my fight was worth fighting.
