I love the confidence you get as you age. Sure you have more wrinkles and things sag where they shouldn't. But you can do something about that! What's really priceless is the wisdom you accumulate from the mistakes of your past; the confidence you gain from the experiences you have. You start to have more freedom. Maybe your kids are growing up. Maybe you're not hustling as much at work. You start realizing what really matters in life, and invest in people and experiences rather than "things."
How do you stay fabulous?By staying young! And I don't mean necessarily on the outside (although a little botox never hurts!). I seek to stay young on the inside, by staying curious and active. I try to say "yes" to opportunities, even when I want to say "no." Come out for a drink with us tonight. Yes! What if we start an import business? Yes! Yes! Want to go to Greece? Yes! Yes! Yes! Life needs to be lived. And not from the couch. Well...not only from the couch!
What would you do with the $40,000?Man, what wouldn't I do? Since losing my corporate job, I've been working hard on launching my own business that allows me to follow my dream of living between Italy and the United States. I would definitely put that money to great use to help realize that dream, promoting my new Italian imports business.
