I love the confidence she gives me. I realize beauty is very much a state of mind. Some of the most beautiful women I know don’t have perfect measurements or clear wrinkle free skin, but rather a big warm smile, smart kind words, and strong opinions. Being comfortable in your body is what you gain with age and what makes us more beautiful as we get older.
How do you stay fabulous?Health is number one. I always say “you only get one body and it doesn’t come with a warranty or replacement so take care of it carefully. I eat healthy food, get regular exercise, and reduce stress in my mind and my heart. Everything in moderation though! I don’t stress over an indulgent meal every so often, or a day of rest without exercise. Finally a smile is what makes everyone more attractive. It’s disarming and infectious and spreads joy without any effort.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use the money to try to multiply it in joy. I would use it to create a PR campaign to remind others about the importance of health, finding joy and having peace.
