How comfortable I am being ME now! While it still takes work to accept myself fully, I cherish the fact that the last 40 years have made me who I am today, and unapologetically so. My circle is small but soulful. My time is precious and valuable and meant to bring value. I also love that I still have an entire lifetime ahead of me!!! There is still so much to learn and do! I’m grateful for this age beyond words.
How do you stay fabulous?HAHHAHA! I surround myself with women who lift me up, and vice versa. I also take time for myself every week and do a self care spa night once a week, without fail. I adore my alone time! I love to read and learn, which keeps me young. And I absolutely could not live without my yoga and yoga community! It keeps my body young and flexible, my heart open and my mind at peace. Daily meditation also keeps me in check. I love to connect to the present as often and as much as I can.
What would you do with the $40,000?This I have to think about. I am considering going back to school for a masters in psychology, so I can pursue my dream to become a therapist or even a psychologist. When I put my mind to something, I typically see it through! However, it would be a financial undertaking, which 40,000 would significantly help with! Thank you so much for this opportunity!!
