50 years young and proud to be a Scoliotic who has worked hard to avoid spinal fusion since the age of 12! Sharing knowledge to others!!
We would like to thank you for supporting Angelie Melzer in this year's competition. Your support helps us contribute to the National Breast Cancer Foundation who provides early detection, education, and support services to those affected by breast cancer.
Freedom to be me! Enjoying a true understanding of my "SELF"; What makes me fabulously unique and celebrating my differences from others in all things, relationships, politics, and religion. Holding to my own beliefs but celebrating others for who they are and how different we are!
How do you stay fabulous?Work physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It is being OK with not doing anything, saying no, and finding stillness in the day.
What would you do with the $40,000?Oh my goodness, take a trip to Cairo, Egypt and South Africa. Two places I'd like to see and share movement therapy, Pilates and an understanding of how movement heals and changes lives. I have a scoliotic client in South Africa who I have been working remotely with via zoom. I would love to be able to work with him in person. He has a 100 degree C curve and fights to stand upright each day. There is only so much we can get done in our virtual sessions.
