I am 40 and I am going back to school to become a Lactation Consultant. I started keto and will start either kickboxing or lifting soon.

Being 40 has made me aware of the changes I need to make in my life. I am learning how to manage my strong emotions, and to love my body the way it is. I am believing in my ability to accomplish the goals that I am setting for my future and what I am passionate about. I have discovered how resilient I am and this is a wonderful discovery. This year has been nothing but wonderful with many opportunities to continue to grow not only in the professional field but also as a person.
How do you stay fabulous?I think my genes play a big role in it. My mom was gorgeous, my daughter is beautiful. Oftentimes time people think we are sisters. I don't snack and if I do is not junk food. I don't eat much sweets. No sodas or flavored drinks only water. I don't stress out and if I do I use techniques to lower my stress. I haven't been able to work out at this time, but I'm on the go with my job all the time. Also, I barely use makeup.
What would you do with the $40,000?I have not thought about it. However, my thoughts when it comes to having extra money is; first helping my family. My daughter with some college expenses, maybe a business for my brother and sister in Colombia so they can sustain themselves. I always think about donating to a charity (and I have one in mind in my town) Maybe a minivacation, then whatever is left would invested for retirement.
