I love the freedom I've discovered and experienced by learning and loving myself as I'm aging. It's amazing what happens when you let go of societal pressures and expectations and become your authentic self.
How do you stay fabulous?I try to maintain a healthy diet. I limit sugar and salt. I drink water (90+ oz, daily) more than any other beverages. I take my vitamins, I exercise, I make time for self care and I use holistic approaches to reduce stress in my body (acupuncture, sound therapy, therapy).
What would you do with the $40,000?I would first take a much needed vacation. I love to travel but I haven't been able to travel as much as I did in the past due to my career and familial obligations. I'd also renovate my kitchen, and take time off work to complete my writing projects.
