What I love about being over 40 is the transformative journey of self-love I've embraced. As mothers, we often give so much to others, neglecting our own needs. I've learned that nurturing myself is essential. After overcoming postpartum depression, I’ve found acceptance and joy. Embracing 40 means letting go of self-doubt and celebrating who I am. I prioritize self-care without guilt, allowing for deeper connections with myself and others this chapter is about resilience, growth, and self-love.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by prioritizing my physical health through a balanced diet and regular exercise. Equally important is my mental health; I make time for meditation or simply enjoy moments of solitude after a busy day to recharge. These practices keep me centered and vibrant. Spending quality time with my family also soothes my soul, reminding me of what truly matters in life. Their love and support enhance my overall well-being, adding to my sense of fabulousness!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would invest the $40,000 in my two aspiring young entrepreneurs with a passion for fashion. This funding would help them launch their business proposals, covering initial inventory, marketing, and brand development. I’d also encourage them to participate in workshops for skills and mentorship. This investment aims to nurture their creativity, instill confidence, and teach financial literacy, all while creating lasting memories as they embark on their entrepreneurial journey.
