The confidence that I didn't have when I was younger, I was very shy. I worry less about what people think, I try to step out of my comfort zone, like bikini competition at 50, skiing in Whistler (I'm not a skier), completing 2 half marathons and multiple races, trying crossfit plus so much more. I know what's most important to me, quality time with friends and family and of course my dogs. Aging is a privilege, not everyone gets to do it. Embrace it!!
How do you stay fabulous?Staying active, going to the gym, walks with my dogs. Leaving time for self care like reading a good book, or getting my nails done. I give a 110% to my career but I have learned to have a good work life balance. But mostly, keeping a positive mindset and looking at the brighter side of things (drives my husband crazy). There is always something to be thankful for.
What would you do with the $40,000?My son is moving to Australia and I will use some of it to visit him there. I will donate some to a local Women's charity and use the rest to take my husband on vacation.
