Age is just a number, I’m going to be 51 in October and it’s been, I feel the best years of my life, knowing you’re body and loving it!!

What I love about being over 40, realizing if you choose to be happy, say it when you wake up and you’re day regardless what happens, you get to control that. You can’t control what you can’t control but you can control how you feel, what you put in your body, exercise to keep your heart pumping and mind clear. Always be mindful and grateful.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous comes from within. If you’re body and soul feel fabulous then it will shine through.
What would you do with the $40,000?When I win, first and foremost, I have two beautiful daughters, Gabriella (22) and Sabrina (18), who have supported me and gave me so much with their unconditional love. I would take them on an amazing Mama and daughter spa trip.
