I am at the point in my life where being my authentic self is super important. I recently started my own business, Hemisphere Dancer Wellness and Travel so that I could help other people who have been feeling stressed out, burnt out and overwhelmed in their lives and careers find balance again.
How do you stay fabulous?I eat healthy and get lots of sleep. I also enjoy taking spin classes at the gym, my yoga, practice, using my Pilates, reformer and chair, and of course through dance.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use the money as a startup to create a nonprofit artist residency center for emerging and mid-career dance and theatre artists. This would be an incubator space with housing for up to 10 artists to come and create new dance and theatre works.
