I adore the comfort and freedom that comes with being over 40 knowing that you are stepping into the next chapter of your life where you have found your groove! You care far less about what others think and embrace your authentic self. It's a time where you explore your passions and inspire others to do the same. You discover a camaraderie with other women in the same boat, sharing laughs, tears, adventures and that feeling of not taking life so seriously anymore.
How do you stay fabulous?It is all about embracing who you are and what makes me happy! I refuse to get old. I ignore the idea that we should act or dress a certain way and do what makes me feel amazing. I stay in tune with my self care through journaling, resetting my energy at the ocean, hiking this beautiful island, dancing, and singing! I continue to learn and build a positive mindset and embrace new adventures. I indulge in the pleasures of life big or small. Fabulousness is about appreciating the journey of life.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I won the $40,000 I would use it to help expand my coaching business to reach and work with more women. I want to empower women to see that they have One Life and it's ok to live it their way! I would love to start hosting retreats here on Vancouver Island and gift a spot to someone very deserving. I would also like to use it to do something for each of my daughters to enhance their lives in a way that is meaningful to them. I would also gift myself a well deserved treat!
