I love becoming. When I was younger, I didn’t always treat myself with grace. I pushed too hard…expected too much…l felt shackled by perfectionism. Now, I embrace each season of becoming - stronger, wiser, more loving, more brave, more aware. Aware of the goodness of God and the incredible gift of life and loving others well.
How do you stay fabulous?Fabulous is a state of mind first! A life ruled by peace shifts the atmosphere. Health in every way is important to me - taking group fitness classes, eating what my body needs, and creating space for adventure! I keep learning., writing, and creating music. Traveling to serve others overseas not only impacts my life and leaves fingerprints on my soul, but also keeps a grateful heart posture. Experiencing new cultures and linking arms with women around the globe makes me feel fully alive.
What would you do with the $40,000?Oh my goodness! I would continue to champion women in Africa and other parts of the world with education and empowerment initiatives.. I would continue to explore the world to make a difference in the lives of others. I would also take my immediate family on a life-giving trip - now that our kids are young adults - where we are each fully present for each other with no distraction. And take a girls trip! 💕
