I confess that I am 50 years old, what I like is the process, the maturity of life lessons, the sense of emotional stability and self-confidence. At this age, one knows one's strengths and weaknesses, which allows me to make better decisions and live more authentically. The accumulated experiences give me a greater perspective on challenges and how to handle them with serenity.
How do you stay fabulous?With a positive mindset, which allows us to have confidence and emotional stability, which are part of true beauty. Having good communication with positive people, being honest and doing well to maintain a healthy and calm mental health with oneself. Sleeping well improves the energy of your body so that you look good.
